Meet Katie: Life Coach and Dharma Mentor
Reclaiming My Connection to Self and Spirit
Growing up, I felt a strong connection to what I called God and trusted my inner guidance. Over time, however, the voices of family, teachers, and societal expectations led me to abandon that connection. I fell in line with what I thought I “should” do, until I no longer knew who I was or what I truly wanted.
Realizing I Was Living Out of Alignment
Following society’s script—career, marriage, kids—left me in a life that didn’t feel like my own. Depression and chronic migraines were wake-up calls, signals from my body that I was disconnected from my true self.
Finding Healing Through Spiritual Practices
My journey to healing began with survival. I turned to yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling, discovering practices that helped me reconnect with myself. Just as I was gaining insight and clarity, my daughter faced severe mental and physical health challenges, pushing me deeper into self-discovery.
Rediscovering Purpose: Helping Mothers Reclaim Themselves
Watching my daughter suffer led me to recognize a larger purpose: supporting women, especially mothers, who feel disconnected and exhausted by life’s demands. Many mothers sacrifice their well-being, losing touch with their intuition and passions. But if we want to raise resilient children who have the courage to live a life of purpose, we must first find that same courage and resilience in ourselves.
Healing Ourselves to Heal the World
My mission is clear: to help mothers reconnect with the deepest parts of themselves, embrace their authentic selves, and find inner peace in the process. I believe that healing begins within, and that self-love and compassion have the power to transform not just individual lives, but entire communities.
Empowering Women to Live Authentically
As mothers and women, we have the power to create positive change by learning to say YES to our souls’ calling and a guilt-free NO to what doesn’t serve us. Together, we can reclaim joy, radiate peace, and model self-love for our children. Healing ourselves is the first step to healing the world, one ripple at a time.
